The History
It is a fascinating success story of 26+ years.
It all started in 1995. Having returned from Saudi Arabia where his 10 year long career culminated in Administration and Personnel Manager of a leading Group of Companies, Mr. P.S. Selvaratnam, Chairman/Managing Director – SelcoHR, established his overseas recruitment business to connect Sri Lankan talent with global employers.
Started in a miniature office with just two employees, it was indeed a journey of humble beginning. But ever since, through our steadfast commitment to our core values - Integrity, Reliability, Transparency and Excellence - it has been a constant march of growth. From a 500 square feet to 7500 square feet office space with ever growing team of employees, from one among others to one above others, the transformation has been phenomenal.
